When was Learnkey established?
LearnkeyTraining Institute was established in 1995.

Where are Learnkey Training Institutes located?
The centres are currently located in B’Kara and Gozo. More centres all over Malta will be opened in the coming months.

Are Learnkey Training Centres different from one another?
All LearnkeyTraining Centres have similar infrastructure and qualified tutors. All tutors in all centres are regularly trained.

How qualified are Learnkey tutors?
All our trainers are certified in the areas in which they conduct training. They have extensive exposure to the subject area and would have relevant field experience to bring to the classroom real-life inputs.

What alliances does Learnkey have?
Learnkey established various levels of co-operation with international organizations especially with Pitman City & Guilds, and LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce) UK and the ECDL ® Foundation. More strategic alliances are currently being negotiated.

How do I apply for a course?
You just have to either fill in the enrolment form and send a deposit as requested against the course or else come personally to fill in an application form and leave a deposit with our receptionist.

How long do I have to wait until I get called to start a course?
Normally at the time of application you are given a tentative starting date of the course you have applied for. Should this not be possible you will be put on a waiting list and we would call you as soon as we know the exact commencement time?

How can I pay my fees?
We accept cash and cheques (which can be encashed locally) and credit cards. Foreign students can opt to either pay by bank drafts, visa or direct credit transfer into our bank account.

I am a foreign student and I would like to apply for a course, how can I manage?
You have to enter the foreign student tab on our home page. You will have to fill in our application form and send it to us together with a filled visa entry form. As soon as we receive your application we will process it immediately. Most importantly is that we will keep you informed on the process of your application.

Are exam fees included in the course fee?
No exam fee is included in the course fee, these have to be applied and paid for separately.

Are books included in the course fee?
No book fees are included. These have to be paid separately although there are some handouts that are free of charge, and in full time diplomas books are landed till end of course than given back to school.

Where are exams held?
Exams are held at our institute’s premises.

Is extra work given?
Yes daily extra work is given to be carried out at your home, but only in long duration courses
