  • Diploma in Accounting And Business Level 5    2017 - 2019

     

    This course is recognized by The National Commission for Further and Higher Education (NCFHE) as Level 5 of the Malta Qualification Framework and the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning.

     

    Course Objectives:

     

    Want to fast-track to the ACCA Qualification? The Business Finance & Accounting award is best preparation for the ACCA Qualification.  So if your ultimate goal is the ACCA Qualification, then start with the Award to gain essential knowledge to help you pass. You will be automatically transferred onto the ACCA Qualification, free of charge, and given exemptions from the first three exams when you complete the ACCA Diploma in Accounting & Business.  This course will provide learners with the necessary skills to work in an Accounting Department and also provides a flexible open-entry route into the skills module of the ACCA Qualification for candidates who do not have their ACCA Qualification entry requirments.  

     

    Competence

     

    Upon completion one will be qualified to work in the following roles:

     

    • Basic book keeping
    • Trainee accountant in a commercial organisation or accounting practice
    • Accounts clerk in public & private sector
    • Receptionist

     

    This course consists of 6 core subjects involving lessons, discussions and presentations.

     

    While doing this course students will also be prepared to sit for the Matsec Intermediate Accounts Exam held during April / May 2018.

    Accounting & Book keeping

    Computerised Accounts

    Business Finance

    F1 / FAB Accountant in Business

    F2 / FMA Managing Accounting

    F3 / FFA  Financial Accounting

     

    After successfully passing all exams the student will have achieved The Award in Business Finance & Accounting Level 3 plus Diploma in Accounting & Business Level 5 issued by ACCA.

     

    Entry Requirments

    There are no formal entry reuirments for candidates undertaking this qualification but a basic knowledge of English is mandatory.

     

     Lessons are held twice a week mornings from 9.30am till 1.00pm

  •  Exams are being held at the Centre since we are an Approved CBE Exam Centre.

          Small class group so as to gurantee individual attention.
