Learners will explore principles and practices of strategic HR management and how these decisions contribute to organizational success. Emphasis is placed on evaluating the impact of strategic HR management, assessing alignment with organizational goals, fostering employee engagement, and enhancing performance.
Additionally, the unit examines the practical application of leadership and management theories, focusing on their influence on organizational effectiveness, employee motivation, and strategic objectives.
By analyzing contemporary HR practices and leadership theories, learners gain insights into tailoring HR strategies to specific organizational needs. The unit also emphasizes Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), ensuring learners understand the importance of creating inclusive environments that respect and value diversity. This includes developing strategies to promote EDI within HR practices, aligning with organizational values, and contributing to a fair and equitable workplace.
