After Visa Approval

Upon receiving a valid student visa, all students travelling to Learn Key Institute, Malta must comply with the following institutional and immigration compliance requirements. Failure to comply may result in administrative action, including reporting to relevant authorities.

1. Visa Copy Submission

The student must submit a clear copy of the approved visa immediately after receipt. This is required for institutional record update and compliance verification.

2. Travel Timeline Compliance

After visa confirmation, the student is required to:

• Submit travel plan details within 5 working days
• Confirm final arrival date within 10 working days

Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in student status suspension, which may subsequently affect visa validity and may lead to visa cancellation.

3. Mandatory Documents Prior to Departure

Before travelling, students must submit the following documents:

• Official bank receipt confirming course fee payment
• Confirmed flight booking details
• Accommodation confirmation letter

4. Extension Letter for Airport Immigration Clearance

Upon successful receipt and verification of all required documents, Learn Key Institute, Malta will issue an official Extension Letter. Additionally, the institute will share the student's arrival information with Identity Malta in accordance with regulatory requirements.

This document is mandatory for airport immigration clearance. Failure to present this document may result in refusal of entry or deportation at immigration control.

5. Arrival Confirmation Requirement

After arrival in Malta, students must report physically to the institute within 2 working days to confirm arrival and enrolment status.

In cases of non-reporting, the institute is legally obligated to notify Learn Key Institute, Malta and report the student as missing in accordance with regulatory requirements.
